Question: If a devotee dies in an accident, will he be able to go to Goloka Dham or not?

Answer: Defining a devotee.
A Devotee is always remembering Krishna.

He is always acting for Krishna and has absolute zero selfish desires.

Bhagavad Gita 12.13 onwards is a nice description about the qualifications of a devotee. – “One who is not envious but is a kind friend to all living entities, who does not think himself a proprietor and is free from false ego, who is equal in both happiness and distress, who is tolerant, always satisfied, self-controlled, and engaged in devotional service with determination, his mind and intelligence fixed on Me—such a devotee of Mine is very dear to Me.”

2. The next destination criteria
The general principal is given in the Gita. 8.6
yaà yaà väpi smaran bhävaà tyajaty ante kalevaram
taà tam evaiti kaunteya sadä tad-bhäva-bhävitaù

Whatever state of being one remembers when he quits his body, O son of Kunté, that state he will attain without fail.

3. Lord’s special grace upon his devotee.
However by mistake if a devotee forgets Krishna at death, because he was sincere Krishna will somehow remind him.

Kaunteya pratijanihi na me bhakta pranashyati. My devotee never perishes. Krishna gives the assurance to all of us .

4. The Advantage of Bhakti Yoga
In the Gita it is said.
vedeñu yajïeñu tapaùsu caiva däneñu yat puëya-phalaà pradiñöam
atyeti tat sarvam idaà viditvä yogé paraà sthänam upaiti cädyam

A person who accepts the path of devotional service is not bereft of the results derived from studying the Vedas, performing sacrifices, undergoing austerities, giving charity or pursuing philosophical and fruitive activities. Simply by performing devotional service, he attains all these, and at the end he reaches the supreme eternal abode.

So one must be sincere in devotional service and Krishna will help us.
